ALFREDO C. RAMOS

Chairman of the Board

ALFREDO C. RAMOS has been the Chairman of the Board since December 1992. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Philodrill from April 24, 1989 until March 31, 2014. He also sits as Chairman of the Board of Anglo Philippine Holdings Corporation and as Chairman &President of Atlas Consolidated Mining & Development Corporation, Vulcan Industrial & Mining Corporation and United Paragon Mining Corporation.

He serves as a Director and maintains business interests in companies involved in printing, publication, sale and distribution of books, magazines and other printed media (i.e., Anvil Publishing, Inc., National Bookstore, Inc., NBS Express, Inc. and NBS Subic, Inc.), mining (Berong Nickel Corporation, Carmen Copper Corporation, Nickeline Resources, Inc. and Ulugan Nickel Corporation), property development, shopping center, department store and transportation among others (Shang Properties, Inc., Crossings Department Store Corp. and MRT Development Corp.).

GERARD ANTON S. RAMOS joined The Philodrill Corporation in December 2015. He is an Executive Vice President at Anglo Philippine Holdings Corp., Vice President at United Paragon Mining Corp., Vice President at Alakor Corp., Vice President & Corp. Secretary at National Bookstore, Inc. He serves as Board of Director for Atlas Consolidated Mining & Development Corp., Alakor Securities Corp., Zenith Holdings Corp., Carmen Copper Corp., and Atlas Consolidated Mining.

CHRISTOPHER M. GOTANCO was a Hubert Humphrey Fellow in International Business and Development at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy (Tufts University, Boston, MA) where he took up masteral degree studies in 1983. He has a Master�s Degree in Business Management (With Distinction) at the Asian Institute of Management and is a graduate of the University of the Philippines, Bachelor of Arts in Political Science (Magna Cum Laude).

Mr. Gotanco�s Corporate affiliations include serving as President & COO of Anglo Philippine Holdings Corporation, Chairman of Penta Capital Finance Corporation, Vice Chairman of Penta Capital Investment Corporation and Vulcan Industrial and Mining Corporation. He is also a member of the Board of United Paragon and Mining Corporation, Boulevard Holdings, Inc., MRT Development Corp, MRT Holdings, Inc. and North Triangle Depot Commercial Corp.

FRANCISCO A. NAVARRO

Director

FRANCISCO A. NAVARRO a graduate of the University of the Philippines with a degree in Geology (1967), Mr. Navarro headed several exploration and development projects in the country (Isabela Province exploration project of VIMEC, Agusan-Davao 2D Onshore Seismic Survey Project and acreage acquisition for petroleum service contracts, to name a few. His vast professional experience gained him the respect of his colleagues both local and international.

Mr. Navarro has served the Board of Philodrill since March 2006 and was appointed President on April 1, 2014. He also serves as Board of Director for Anglo Philippine Holdings Corporation, Vulcan Industrial & Mining Corporation, United Paragon Mining Corporation, Penta Capital Investments Corporation, Penta Capital Finance Corporation and the U.P. Geology Alumni Association. He is a Member of the Board of Examiners in Geology and recipient of Outstanding Professional Award from the Professional Regulations Commission in 1996.

ADRIAN S. RAMOS

ADRIAN S. RAMOS is a cum laude graduate of Ateneo de Manila University with a degree in BS Management (Honors Program). He took his Masters in Business Administration at the Kellog School of Management, Northwestern University. Apart from being a member of the Board of Philodrill, Mr. Adrian Ramos holds key officership in several listed companies (Anglo Philippine Holdings Corporation, Atlas Consolidated Mining & Development Corp., Vulcan Industrial & Mining Corporation and United Paragon Mining Corporation).

MAUREEN ALEXANDRA R. PADILLA

Director

MAUREEN ALEXANDRA RAMOS-PADILLA joined the company as Director in June, 2013. She also serves as Director of Anglo Philippine Holdings Corporation and Shangri-la Properties. Her other business affiliations include, Managing Director and Vice President for Merchandising of National Book Store, Inc. and General Manager of Crossings Department Store.
